Like Rumple said she is a dreadful liar, but why would she lie to Emma about knowing him. I need to know why.

I never even would have thought about the wraith coming into play here, but I love that theory and that would be amazing if it were true. I mean the wraith not only sucking souls, but taking part of your memory. It could be temporary memory loss.

I agree with how Regina is maybe saying she doesn't know Jefferson just to throw Emma off. If that not the case, I was thinking that maybe the wraith when it was sucking her soul cause her to loose some of her memories that she have.

Regina sounded very convincing when she said that she had no idea what Emma was talking about. Maybe Regina really doesn't remember Jefferson. Maybe it was an after curse thing. Jefferson was cursed to remember everything, maybe when the curse broke it caused her to forget.

i know!!! but i do wonder if maybe jeff did something to make her loose her memory?? i know he doesnt have powers (that we know of) but i just don't know!!! i wonder if she really doesn't remember him???

Obviously Regina knows him! Why doesn't she want Emma to know that?

I definitely see the connection between Jefferson and EQ. When she visits him, he calls her Regina so casually and she speaks to the fact that poverty doesn't suit him...(he was wealthy before?) Possibly he was her former lover? left her for the "true love" of his wife? So EQ had his wife "lost"?

I remember in the Heart of Darkness episode when Snow White went to go and tried to get rid of the Evil Queen but Prince Charming rescue her. I remember what Rumple say that if Snow successfully do it that she (Snow) will become evil as Regina. I think Regina get rid of her mom and how much evil her mom was is how much evil Regina is.

For Jefferson I have to agree with the fact it have to be a family tie or something like that.

I too have always thought that she got her powers from some sort of deal with Rumple, but I still think it has to do with ridding her of her mother, prolly for doing something horrible to her father, who she loved so much (even though she killed him)!

And as for Jefferson, I still think there is a family link SOMEWHERE. It is just to weird to me that He was able to walk into the private area of the hospital, not to mention he KNEW the code, and the nurse trusted and knew him to take the tea...the Janitor looked at him weird...IDk I need S2 NOW! LOL!

Ok so I read that we will find out how Rump and EQ met in like episode two or something.

I'm guessing she made a deal with him to get her moms powers.
My first thought was that perhaps she made a deal with Rump to send her mother to wonderland(or somewhere) to get rid of her but I quickly scratched that idea because if he could send her there then he should be able to send himself to our world without all the curse hoopala.....

My other Regina/EQ thought is when did Regina have time to have some form of relationship(working, friendship, whatever) with Jefferson if she was Queen married to king Leopold. She obviously new Jefferson from before. I don't really see her being able to just go off whenever she wanted to do lord knows what....so how and when did she meet Jefferson and what kind of relationship did they have.

We saw in the Hansel and Gretel ep. that even though she was ruthless in using the children, in the end she did reunite them with their father, and based on her own love for her father I don't think she would separate a father and child unless she had no other way to get what she wanted (with Snow and the King what she "wanted" was revenge on the one and the power of ruling the kingdom from the other).

Plus, in the scene where she's leaving Jefferson, her eyes do tear up slightly and you can see that she has a little compassion for him...also, I don't see her as being 'so' hypocritical that she would (in essence) accuse Jefferson of 'abandoning' family, if he was in any way related to her, because she was planning to abandon him in Wonderland all along...

See and with those tears and the extra malice I think she was referencing something that had happened between them.

Hmmmm. Wonder if Regina was Jeff's wife. It's a long shot but I could see them doing it.

They better bring Jeffersons character back! I want to know how he met Regina and what went on between them. Thats gonna be one juicy story for sure. Also I want to know what happened to his wife.
