Rump gets his powers and then Bae travels through the portal to OW. He had to have travel through time and forward in time. Otherwise he would be nearing or about 200yrs old. They say Rump is over 200 yrs old and when he met a young Regina, he told her that he held her as a baby. So he was standing with 20 something Regina, it was at least 20 something years after Bae went through the portal.

So even if Bae traveled forward to After the Curse, he would be 14+28yrs which makes him about 42-43 and THAT Bae (NY guy) did NOT look that old. So I hope they can explain that!
