Anita, the charismatic and mysterious leader of a pack of humans who, like Red, turn out to be wolves. She will Appear in episode 7.

"EW.com is reporting that Annabeth Gish has been cast as “Anita”.
A veteran of Pretty Little Liars and The X-Files is signing on for a guest-star role on ABC’s Once Upon a Time.
Annabeth Gish has been cast as ‘Anita’ the seventh episode of the second season. She’s described as a charismatic, beautiful and mysterious leader of a pack of humans who — like Red — turn out to be wolves.
The information about Anita being a werewolf contradicts the casting call who called her a “sorceress” and led people to think she was going to be Morgana. Possibly the casting call was changed in order to throw people off."

She was on Pretty Little Liars!! What if she is Red's mom?! but i think Granny said she was killed. I wonder if Anita will look down on Red for being with humans more vs a pack of werewolves like them...
